There have been tweaks and changes along the way and we are extremely satisfied with the result. Whether you are looking to punish yourself for one brutal hour on a crisp Sunday morning, to take a long ride through the rolling countryside or in the shade of the trees, to do your shopping or to get home from work, there is a Steelwool that is going to make that experience as good as it can be. You can also take pride in the fact that your steed is proudly designed, tested and manufactured here in North America. Keeping jobs at home for our modern day craftsmen and women is extremely important to us and is a rarity in this modern world.

We have had a long love affair with riding bikes off-road, in fact many people are surprised a mountain bike wasn't the first thing we produced.

All of us at Steelwool, and many of our friends, have a rather adventurous spirit. Our road rides have taken us farther & farther from the normally-travelled routes.
